Scrum Master | Active Secret clearance

Serve as a Scrum Master Associate for mission-critical applications, supporting Agile teams by translating client needs into user stories and functional requirements. Advocate for the Product Owner using Agile Scrum and Kanban best practices, facilitate sprint activities (daily scrums, refinement, estimation, planning, prioritization, retrospectives), and coordinate with developers and testers to validate and deliver enhancements. Write user stories in Jira and lead execution of the Agile project lifecycle.
