Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive digital platform strategy for Levi’s Europe, selecting first-party, third-party, concession, or hybrid approaches and exit timing.
  • •Own and manage marketplace presence end-to-end: KPIs, product listings, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, compliance to brand standards, and channel P&L.
  • •Lead channel commercial terms with platform partners (commission structures, funding, joint business plans, payment terms) and manage trade investment/markdown rules.
  • •Inspire and lead a team of marketplace managers and specialists, build org structure for channel growth, and manage channel conflict with DTC/wholesale.
  • •Use analytics to optimize assortment, pricing, fulfillment, conversion, returns, and retail media/content/search performance, while driving operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • •10+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, or related roles in consumer goods or retail.
  • •Proven success managing and scaling business on European digital marketplaces (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, ASOS).
  • •Strong knowledge of European marketplace regulations, trends, and consumer preferences.
  • •Expertise in e-commerce tools, marketplace dashboards, and analytics platforms.
