Prime and prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, performing final sanding, buffing, touch-ups, paint mixing, and airbrushing. Key Responsibilities

•Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting.
•Perform buffing, touch-ups, paint mixing, and airbrushing.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers as part of vehicle reconditioning.
•Support timely delivery of vehicles by working mandatory overtime when needed.
•Work collaboratively as a team player to meet production needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
