Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs for machinery and integrated electrical systems.
  • •Assist engineering and plant personnel in specifying, installing, and altering integrated systems across operation stages.
  • •Provide technical assistance and support maintenance activities while ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance.
  • •Maintain documentation and research for technical materials; manage parts inventory and recordkeeping for critical parts.
  • •Support electrical safety practices including lockout/tagout and troubleshoot industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

Key Requirements

  • •Training beyond high school with an Associate degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related) or equivalent education plus experience, including skilled trades or military training.
  • •4+ years of electrical/mechanical and/or industrial maintenance experience, including electrical safety and lockout/tagout.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and operating PLC systems and microprocessors.
  • •Competence with Windows-based tools (Microsoft Excel and Word) and strong skills in documentation, technical materials, and research; proficiency in SAP Maintenance or ability to become proficient.
  • •High-level communication and critical thinking/problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across hourly staff through upper management.
