Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand the DBX Local Library design components and patterns for client- and associate-facing applications.
  • •Own the strategy to migrate from the CML design system to the enterprise design system.
  • •Create the AI experience POV for DBX and collaborate horizontally across the organization.
  • •Leverage product design expertise across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design practice quality and maturity.
  • •Lead, mentor, and consult with other designers to mature the design discipline and drive delivery culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually
