Credit & Collections Specialist

Manage a portfolio of international customers by monitoring payment performance, collecting overdue invoices, and resolving payment disputes and reconciliation issues. Review customer credit exposure, coordinate credit holds and order release approvals, and prepare reporting on collections performance and customer exposure. Partner with Sales, Finance, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable to support cash flow, audits, accurate customer master data, and process improvements.
