Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical execution of projects including structural stability and strength analyses, structural design, PFMA, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities for hydraulic concrete structures.
•Plan, manage and lead field investigations for various hydraulic structures.
•Prepare and perform quality control reviews of deliverables such as design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
•Build and maintain project schedules for delivering project success including the management of resources, budgets and risk.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across projects.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states
•Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing projects or completing project management activities such as maintain project budgets, schedule, staffing, quality control, and/or client relations
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing proposals including preparing technical approaches and scopes of work, budgeting, and scheduling
•Occasional travel to project sites, client meetings, and/or professional conferences is required
