Job Summary

Lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts by implementing infrastructure as code and automation with quality gates, AppSec tooling, and automated functional and performance testing. Develop and maintain observability practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, dashboards, alerting, notifications), and create runbooks, gamedays, postmortems, and incident response workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams delivering enterprise cloud solutions to strengthen SRE/DevOps best practices and tooling adoption.

•Create and manage runbooks, gamedays, postmortems, and incident response workflows.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise scalable cloud-based solutions and improve SRE/DevOps best practices and tooling.
•Establish best practices, support communities of practice, and promote adoption within engineering teams.

Salary: USD 167,177 - 203,610 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and 6 years implementing quality frameworks with quality gates within CI/CD.
•6 years each of: observability platforms (NewRelic, Cloudwatch, Grafana, or DataDog), AWS and CI/CD tooling, IaC with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, and AppSec tools (Veracode, CloudSploit, or Data Theorem).
•6 years working in one of: C#, Java, or Python.
•Telecommuting permitted per company policy, but must live within commuting distance of the Austin, TX office.
•In lieu of the stated bachelor’s degree and years of experience, the employer will accept alternative degree/experience combinations described in the posting.
