Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the operational plan to meet customer requirements and Aramex standards.
  • •Ensure customer SLAs are met and analyze customer requests for cost and operational workflow impact.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and mentor direct reports; train staff on customized logistics procedures and warehouse systems.
  • •Monitor and control the warehouse team, performance, and dashboards/reports; act on quality audit outcomes.
  • •Maintain inventory record accuracy, keep WMS updated on time, and manage operations within assigned cost budgets while adhering to HSSE/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage warehousing operations with 4–6 years of experience in warehousing and the oil & gas industry (preferred).
  • •Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Be detail-oriented with proven analytical and leadership skills, including flexibility to rotate between multiple locations.
