Job Summary

Lead and control warehousing operations by planning and implementing operational production plans and service-quality standards. Ensure customer SLAs are met, analyze customer requests for cost and workflow impact, and keep inventory accuracy (IRA) and WMS data up to date. Recruit, train, develop, and mentor direct reports, monitor team performance and dashboards, optimize workflows to reduce costs, and maintain HSSE, compliance, and sustainability policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement the operational plan to meet customer requirements and Aramex standards.
•Ensure customer SLAs are met and analyze customer requests for cost and operational workflow impact.
•Recruit, train, develop, and mentor direct reports; train staff on customized logistics procedures and warehouse systems.
•Monitor and control the warehouse team, performance, and dashboards/reports; act on quality audit outcomes.
•Maintain inventory record accuracy, keep WMS updated on time, and manage operations within assigned cost budgets while adhering to HSSE/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

•Manage warehousing operations with 4–6 years of experience in warehousing and the oil & gas industry (preferred).
•Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
•Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Be detail-oriented with proven analytical and leadership skills, including flexibility to rotate between multiple locations.
