Job Summary

Lead hands-on execution and operational excellence of Google Search and Shopping campaigns within the Growth team. Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—trafficking, QA, optimization, structured testing, and performance reporting—while translating strategy with the Paid Search Director. Manage one direct report and partner cross-functionally with creative, product, data, and growth teams to improve search and shopping best practices at marketplace scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end trafficking, setup, and quality assurance for Google Search and Shopping campaigns across campaign types, match types, bidding strategies, and feed configurations.
•Maintain QA standards for tracking implementation, UTM structures, audience targeting, and creative copy to ensure campaigns launch to spec.
•Lead ongoing optimization of bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, ad copy, and landing page alignment, tying actions to strategic KPIs.
•Design and execute structured testing programs and document/communicate learnings clearly.
•Directly manage one Analyst and partner cross-functionally with creative, product, data, and growth teams to ensure operationally sound search and shopping programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and the Google ecosystem).
•Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report with delegation, feedback, and junior development skills.
•Expert command of Google Ads campaign architecture, Smart Bidding, Shopping feed management, and keyword strategy across match types.
•Track record delivering against performance KPIs at scale, ideally in a consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or app-based environment.
•Strong measurement and analytics fundamentals, including Google Analytics, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
