•Drive end-to-end delivery of Decagon's most complex customer deployments, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
•Translate customer requirements into structured program plans with GTM and Product, map to delivery roadmaps, and track execution against timelines
•Lead internal cross-functional programs including lifecycle management, security/compliance buildouts, and external certifications from kickoff to completion
•Assess scope, sequence dependencies, and risks, and surface blockers early to keep multiple workstreams moving
•Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Research, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market to scale enterprise readiness as the company grows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

•4-6+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in product/engineering operations, with direct ownership of complex enterprise deployments or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
•Track record running high-stakes customer implementations or feature builds at the design-partner or strategic-deal tier, where scope is ambiguous and requirements evolve mid-build
•Demonstrated ability to drive programs without authority and to unite teams around milestones
•Structured, rigorous approach to ambiguity with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
•Enough technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams and translate between technical and business contexts
