Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supervision of analysts conducting SAM case investigations, enhanced due diligence, and related escalation activities.
  • •Own day-to-day operational performance across case volumes, aging, investigation quality, and regulatory responsiveness while ensuring SLA and quality adherence.
  • •Oversee investigations and dispositions, including identification of suspicious activity, escalation handling, and timely responses to 314(a), law enforcement, subpoena, and regulatory requests.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop analysts; perform quality reviews to ensure investigations and SAR referrals are consistent, complete, and defensible.
  • •Partner across compliance, technology, and data analytics to support SAM rule/scenario tuning, governance/testing/documentation, and risk-focused metrics/KRIs reporting; support root-cause analysis and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred.
