Job Summary

Lead the enterprise labor relations strategy for manufacturing operations, serving as the primary representative in collective bargaining and contract administration. Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Total Rewards to balance workforce, operational, financial, and cultural objectives. Drive employee engagement and trust across union and non-union environments, coach senior leaders through complex labor challenges, and maintain compliance with labor and employment laws. Travel up to 60%.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an enterprise labor relations strategy aligned to manufacturing, operational, and financial objectives.
•Serve as chief spokesperson during labor negotiations and lead collective bargaining strategy, preparation, costing, priorities, and implementation.
•Oversee contract administration, grievance management, arbitration, and dispute resolution; ensure consistent interpretation of labor agreements across sites.
•Drive employee relations and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement, trust, inclusion, and workforce retention across manufacturing sites.
•Build HR and Operations labor relations capability by coaching leaders and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on integrated workforce solutions and transformation initiatives.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 135,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant labor relations leadership in a manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environment.
•Demonstrated success leading complex labor negotiations and developing labor relations strategies that support business performance.
•Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive organizational and workforce outcomes.
•Deep knowledge of labor and employment laws, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), FMLA, WARN, Department of Labor regulations, and applicable state/local laws.
