Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution across cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • •Establish Cost and Schedule execution baselines based on contractual requirements and scope.
  • •Establish Risk and Opportunity tracking and management including mitigation planning for quantified risks.
  • •Status and manage program execution and deliveries to plan with regular reporting to company leadership and customers.
  • •Serve as primary customer focal for one or more Red 6 execution contracts.
