  • •Manage execution of operational visual functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, aligning product presentation to directives and company expectations
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities and adjust product placement based on stock levels and outfitting
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, providing constant feedback, and partnering on recruitment and development
