DeNovo Financial Center Manager - (Hall & Gwinnett County)

Lead and develop a Financial Center team through a structured FCMA onboarding program that includes rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, small business, and preferred banking. After training, manage a Financial Center by deepening consumer and small business relationships, executing consultative selling to identify financial needs, and building an integrated book of business strategy. Provide coaching, reinforce core values, and model ethical conduct while participating in community activities.
