Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop Post Production teams by creating and implementing new processes and systems.
  • •Identify execution issues or roadblocks and quickly implement effective solutions.
  • •Provide direction and support to ensure operational gaps are closed timely.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to develop quality systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models.
  • •Manage and improve quality of internal and external vendors; lead change management and process rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of leadership, people development, and operations experience.
  • •Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience developing effective, scalable operating systems and processes.
  • •Proven track record of production process improvement, innovation, and managing complex change across large teams.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
