Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the Southwest Dams and Hydropower Department serving Arizona, Utah, and Southern California areas.
  • •Deliver business results including sales, revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • •Oversee project and team performance; provide direction and leadership across dam and hydropower-related engineering work.
  • •Recruit new staff and grow the business; mentor and develop junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in dams, including risk assessment, hydraulic structures, or related areas.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing departments or teams of similar sizes.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Demonstrated contributions through publications, presentations, and/or committee/board memberships in industry events and professional associations.
