Key Responsibilities

  • •Support finance system and process evaluations, including system testing for robust implementation of new initiatives and projects.
  • •Roll out a control framework to ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations, including concurrence from external auditors.
  • •Prepare detailed data for regular financial reporting and provide accurate financial information for business analysis.
  • •Respond timely to ad hoc external and internal requests and support changes in regulations or new business initiatives.
  • •Drive Finance Transformation Projects and in-house automation to improve operational efficiency and maintain controls, documentation, and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or technology, with around 1 years’ experience in financial accounting, financial analysis, or management information from the China financial market.
  • •Sound knowledge of accounting systems and finance processes.
  • •Experience in finance transformation projects is preferred.
  • •Technical skills including Python (with UI interface) and Excel VBA.
  • •Fluent written and spoken Chinese, with working English required.
