Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of assigned films and deliver creative results from idea to release.
  • •Develop concepts and stories for vertical series, from idea and synopsis to episode plans and finished scripts.
  • •Build season dramaturgy (plot/romantic arcs, conflicts, emotional peaks, hooks, cliffhangers) to sustain viewer attention.
  • •Work with scripts and edits: provide feedback, edit notes, and help control pacing, emotion, and narrative consistency during editing and post-production.
  • •Run final creative QC, analyze vertical short-form content and market trends, and apply learnings using content metrics after release.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in scripted content (screenwriting, creative/content production, story development, film/series, or digital content).
  • •Strong foundation in dramaturgy: understanding story structure, conflicts, character and romantic arcs, pacing, hooks, and cliffhangers.
  • •Ability to evaluate a script, identify story issues, provide concrete feedback, and ensure edits are implemented.
  • •Basic understanding of editing and post-production: can review edits and provide clear notes on pacing, logic, emotion, and audio elements.
  • •Comfort working with feedback and collaborating cross-functionally with writers, producers, and editors; English B2+.
