Job Summary

Lead the vision and roadmap for Cloudflare’s IVT and Ad Fraud data products within the advertising ecosystem. Collaborate across security, bot management, data, engineering, legal, and industry bodies to deliver best-in-class solutions for advertisers, agencies, publishers, and verification vendors, translating network signals into actionable, measurable data products.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate the strategy, vision, and design for IVT and bot data products in advertising.
•Serve as domain expert on IVT landscape, MRC accreditation standards, TAG certification requirements, and programmatic supply chain; align stakeholders around the vision.
•Partner with large Enterprises to design best-in-class solutions that solve real problems in ad fraud and measurement.
•Collaborate with Bot Management, Threat Intelligence, Data, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Business Development teams across Cloudflare.
•Coordinate with external industry bodies (MRC, TAG, IAB Tech Lab) to ensure compliance and adoption of standards.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager in ad tech, ad measurement, or ad verification
•Deep understanding of Invalid Traffic (IVT) including GIVT, SIVT, MRC guidelines, and TAG Certified Against Fraud standards
•Experience building or shipping products for DSPs/SSPs/ad exchanges or verification vendors
•Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
•Proven ability to lead and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
