Job Summary

Lead the Control-M Core Platform product management team in Israel, managing 2–5 product managers and owning people leadership including mentoring, performance reviews, prioritization, hiring, and career development. Partner with senior leadership to set product strategy, investment priorities, and long-term roadmap direction. Establish product management best practices and frameworks, ensure delivery with engineering/QA and go-to-market teams, and maintain strategic backlog and product-market fit across SaaS and on-prem domains.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of 2–5 product managers for Control-M Core Platform (SaaS + on-prem), including people leadership responsibilities.
•Partner with senior leadership to define product strategy, investment priorities, and long-term roadmap direction.
•Create and scale product management best practices, processes, and frameworks to improve execution and decision-making.
•Serve as a hands-on product leader for product strategy, customer engagements, roadmap planning, and key product decisions.
•Ensure cross-functional delivery with development, QA, solutions marketing, support, and sales by driving planning and customer satisfaction.

Salary: 421,125 - 701,875

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of product management experience in an enterprise/B2B software company with both SaaS and on-prem experience.
•At least 1–2 years of direct people management experience for product managers in a global environment, including coaching, prioritization, performance reviews, and hiring.
•Technical background as a software developer or similar.
•Proven experience with enterprise customers and a strong customer service ethic.
•Fluency in using AI tools for day-to-day PM tasks and demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into prioritized feature backlogs.
