Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations and guidelines (e.g., Cal-OSHA, Federal OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH)
  • •Collaborate with department leadership to complete job hazard assessments and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • •Participate in pre- and post-launch hazardous operations and monitor exposure to physical and chemical hazards, recommending remedial actions
  • •Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify hazards; implement corrective actions such as machine guarding
  • •Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine root causes and corrective/preventive measures, and maintain required environmental compliance and recordkeeping

Key Requirements
