Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and continuously improve classroom learning for Team Members.
  • •Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed timely and submitted correctly.
  • •Facilitate and support learning courses including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training.
  • •Assist with acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process, and identify language barriers/interpreters as needed.
  • •Collect and analyze survey feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support hiring team backup as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • •2+ years of professional experience required (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of higher education).
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English to communicate policies and procedures.
  • •Comfort presenting learning material to large groups with strong organizational skills.
  • •Computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; previous training and facilitation experience preferred.
