Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
  • •Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips, and other fastening devices to assemble cable tray items.
  • •Work under close supervision and build from models, samples, or simple diagrams when needed.
  • •Handle 50-pound parts with or without accommodation to assist with large part construction.
  • •Support facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives (including 5-S, visual management tools, OEE boards, and Kaizen events).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently reside within 50 miles of the Reno, NV facility (active-duty military members are exempt from the geography limitation).
  • •Ability to operate machinery and presses safely.
  • •Able to read and accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings.
  • •Able to identify different gauges and types of raw material.
  • •Physical ability to stand continuously and regularly lift up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations).
