Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
  • •Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations; provide commercial and contractual advice to project staff.
  • •Prepare, submit, and negotiate project final accounts.
  • •Certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts, and ensure commercial business processes are adhered to at project level.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and budget management across project lifecycles.
  • •Proficiency in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, managing contracts, and handling disputes.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, plus a professional qualification such as CIOB or RICS charter membership.
