Deliver exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor by greeting clients, anticipating needs, and maintaining a welcoming, well-organized store environment. Operate POS accurately, process shipments and stock transfers, manage stock levels, and support visual merchandising updates. Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping guidelines in a fast-paced retail setting.
