Ensure safe and secure operations at the facility gates and inspection/logistics areas by managing car movements, following egress/ingress protocols, and responding to incidents. Serve as a service-first point of contact for associates, vendors, and visitors. Conduct patrols, document security/safety concerns, use the Safe and Secure App and RFID technology, and de-escalate situations while supporting inventory control and incident response procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and properly document the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors, leading with effective communication and active listening.
•Conduct routine patrols of the inspection center and logistics yard/buildings and document any security and/or safety concerns.
•Become trained and certified in life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED.
•Utilize the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID technology, de-escalate situations, and follow incident response protocols.
