Key Responsibilities

  • •Present technical training in-house and at customer sites, covering specialized/customized courses.
  • •Manage classroom/lab activities to ensure course objectives are met and present/practice safety procedures.
  • •Maintain and disseminate product technical knowledge, including certification on multiple platforms/processes and certifying others.
  • •Use technical publications and system business units to improve training documentation and evaluate instructor performance and course development processes (Instructional System Design).
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for repairs, ensure training system functionality, and assist with customer relationships and training opportunities.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience above semiconductor tool experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with semiconductor tools is preferred.
  • •Flexibility for business travel is required.
  • •Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • •Experience with semiconductor processes/tools such as ALD, MDP, IMP, CMP, Etch, PDC, or DDP is a plus.
