Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute all in-store VM guidelines across exclusive retail stores (own & franchise), including season launches, campaigns, promotions, and window changes.
  • •Plan and conduct regular store visits per the VM calendar, prioritizing key stores, new launches, and high-impact locations.
  • •Conduct VM audits, identify execution gaps, and correct them on the floor while ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • •Guide and train store staff on VM standards, product placement, and daily maintenance through replenishment and styling.
  • •Coordinate with VM and retail teams to translate guidelines into store-level execution, manage window installation/dismantling, and provide execution feedback and reports.
