Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular/weekly MRRT meetings to address manufacturing NCs and line issues, driving issue containment and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
  • •Perform quality audits within manufacturing to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • •Lead or facilitate kaizen events and 8D investigations to resolve significant deviations and implement CAPA to address root causes.
  • •Provide governance of corrective and preventative actions and monitor repeat issues, reporting results to executive management.
  • •Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers to contain supplier non-conformance and ensure 8D effectiveness, and aid investigations of customer quality non-conformances caused by manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001:2015, AS9100).

  • •Experience leading 8D / CAPA corrective and preventative actions for root cause resolution.
  • •Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
