Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities by mapping current-state processes, evaluating performance data, and diagnosing root causes of inefficiencies.
  • •Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies (Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, standard work).
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and sustain improvement actions aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Coach, mentor, and influence employees to strengthen problem-solving skills and build a continuous improvement culture.
  • •Develop and standardize improved processes by creating and maintaining SOPs, visual controls, and management system tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •Demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, or Six Sigma to drive measurable operational improvements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and converting insights into actionable solutions.
  • •Professional certifications in Lean 101, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), and related training are strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common process documentation/visual management tools.
