Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including prospect pipeline management, proposal generation support, new account paperwork, account opening, and establishing an ongoing communication/client service plan.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls and manage client needs, advising Financial Advisors on actions taken; may schedule appointments and prepare meeting materials.
  • •Maintain the Financial Advisor’s CRM system and use it for mailings, reporting, e-mail tracking, and implementing client service models.
  • •Assemble materials and coordinate seminars/events and client communications, including developing client lists and PowerPoint presentations.
  • •Process transactions and may place security orders (stocks, bonds, fixed income, options, annuities) per advisor instructions; proactively review investment opportunities and notify advisors of action items.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Baird technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • •Ability to understand compliance regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
