Lead agile delivery for North America pods supporting AI software builds, acting as a blend of business analyst and Scrum Master. You’ll keep requirements, Definition of Ready/Done, and acceptance criteria current, run a four-week planning/standup/review/retro cadence, remove blockers by managing risks, and own day-to-day engagement relationships while keeping executives informed of progress and delivered value.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep requirements clear by gathering, documenting, and maintaining Definition of Ready/Done and acceptance criteria.
•Run the agile cadence with planning, standups, reviews, and retros on a four-week cycle.
•Remove blockers by managing risks and clearing the path for the pod.
•Own day-to-day business relationships on pod engagements.
•Keep executives informed on what has been delivered and the value created.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

•5 to 8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management, including 1 to 2 years leading.
•Strong Scrum and facilitation skills to drive planning, standups, reviews, and retros.

•Proficiency with agile certifications/tools such as Scrum (CSM/PSM), PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe is preferred.
