  • •Keep requirements clear by gathering, documenting, and maintaining Definition of Ready/Done and acceptance criteria.

  • •Own day-to-day business relationships on pod engagements.
  • •Keep executives informed on what has been delivered and the value created.

  • •5 to 8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management, including 1 to 2 years leading.
  • •Strong Scrum and facilitation skills to drive planning, standups, reviews, and retros.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Proficiency with agile certifications/tools such as Scrum (CSM/PSM), PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe is preferred.
