Job Summary

Support the New Zealand Finance team as a Commercial Finance Analyst, providing variance analysis, financial modelling, and cross-functional collaboration to evaluate customer opportunities and trade spend. You’ll own monthly performance reporting, partner with Sales, Trade Finance and Revenue Management, and deliver timely insights to drive informed business decisions in a hybrid Newmarket role.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and analyse actual performance using variance analysis to identify root causes
•Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Finance and Revenue Management to vet financials of customer-facing opportunities and assess trade spend vs plan and trends
•Add value by ensuring cross-functional teams receive timely information and insights to support great business decisions
•Conduct risk and opportunity scoping for gap closure opportunities by driving the critical path with key stakeholders
•Complete core finance activities to support the preparation of actuals and forecast reports for management
