Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full automation management within the technical service
•Develop and implement improvement proposals and adjustments on cranes and straddle carriers
•Support technicians in troubleshooting complex issues with drives, PLCs, scanners and other automation components
•Create functional descriptions, procedures and test plans
•Monitor new technologies and ensure the quality of automation projects and efficient commissioning of installations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Automatisatie or 3 years of relevant experience in an automation environment
•Strong knowledge and experience with PLC systems: ABB, Siemens S7 Classic, or TIA Portal (S7-1500)
•Experience with data tracing tools such as SPS Analyzer
•Knowledge of drive systems (preferably Siemens)
•Knowledge and experience with communication networks such as Profibus and Profinet
