Deliver personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Open and maintain core banking products (checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards), process consumer loan requests, and support small business lending conversations. Build relationships through outbound outreach, perform teller duties as needed, and identify referral opportunities across the bank while documenting activity in 360 View and maintaining regulatory compliance.
