Senior Software Engineer for the In-Store team within the Order engineering group, focusing on design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale distributed systems that integrate with external POS partners. Key Responsibilities

•Exhibit mastery of the In-Store domain, leading design and architecture of complex systems and influencing technical direction and strategy.
•Own the delivery of large-scale features and projects, coordinating across multiple teams to align with business objectives.
•Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and senior engineers to grow team capabilities.
•Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape requirements and make architectural decisions balancing quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
•Lead initiatives to improve CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and test automation to enhance deployment practices and system reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience in software engineering.
•Expert programming skills in the .NET and C# ecosystem, with experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems.
•Architecture & design expertise for distributed systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture using Kafka).
•Cloud infrastructure & DevOps experience (AWS, Kubernetes/EKS) with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, Terraform).
