Risk & Insurance Manager

Establish and strengthen the Group’s risk oversight by managing global insurance programmes across liability, property/business interruption, cyber, D&O, and transport. Lead insurance policy reviews, negotiations, renewals, claims handling, and insurance cost allocation, including captive structures and alternative risk transfer. Partner with enterprise risk management and internal control stakeholders globally, provide risk/insurance guidance to Group companies, and support process development for ERM and internal controls.
