Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders and translate customer processes into an Omnea configuration.
  • •Design target workflows (approval chains, routing logic, integrations) and define success criteria and go-live paths.
  • •Direct AI-assisted deployment tooling to generate first-draft workflows, configurations, and integration mappings from specifications.
  • •Validate AI-generated outputs against customer process, policy, and edge cases; handle ambiguous requirements and custom logic.
  • •Present and project-manage deployments, track adoption post go-live, and feed workflow pattern learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting, or banking.
  • •Comfort directing AI tools to produce first-draft work, with strong judgment to catch issues and the ability to write clear, specific instructions.
  • •Client-facing experience (or the gravitas to excel in it), with a track record of going well beyond client expectations.
  • •Tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly (e.g., Excel, SQL, Zapier) and become an Omnea product expert.
