Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal technical programs across frontier research, AI/ML model development, data workflows, and ML infrastructure.
  • •Translate scientific and business objectives into executable plans, aligning commercial, research, and engineering teams.
  • •Own project planning and delivery, including compute, resource/dependency management, timelines, and risk management.
  • •Coordinate partner and customer technical programs, including scoping, proposal writing support, and pilot coordination through deployment.
  • •Refine scalable TPM processes, implement metrics for milestones/outcomes, and manage compliance, IP, and publication processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in a Natural Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a scientific or AI/ML environment.

  • •Strong leadership and facilitation skills for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
