Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement enterprise data standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across Returns, Finance, Category, and IT.
•Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions, translating complex datasets into intuitive visualizations.
•Use advanced analytics to identify trends, root causes, and value recovery opportunities and provide mitigation strategies.
•Partner with stakeholders to define targets, track performance, and drive accountability through measurable business actions.
•Collaborate with business and IT/Data Engineering teams to align on data definitions, assumptions, and outcomes; present insights to executives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
•8–12+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or operations strategy roles.
•Proven experience in complex, cross-functional environments with global scope.
•Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data modeling.
•Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from multiple systems.
