Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and follow environmental, health & safety expectations; identify hazards, prevent incidents, and support corrective actions.
  • •Rotate through operations to support daily routines, material flow, scale and inspection work, facility operations, production needs, and problem solving.
  • •Learn commercial and customer/supplier alignment, including buying/selling, freight, processing costs, material quality, and market conditions affecting profit.
  • •Support maintenance and reliability learning, including preventive maintenance, downtime response, work orders, vendor support, and documentation.
