Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks.
  • •Analyze customer traffic, applications, and systems to tailor security solutions to customer needs.
  • •Respond to platform and carrier issues in real time to ensure platform stability.
  • •Provide analysis and network troubleshooting for customers.
  • •Support customers in remedying and resolving network and connectivity issues while communicating challenges, updates, and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience with internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers.
  • •Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and understanding of the consulting process.
  • •Show proactivity and urgency, with a constant desire to learn.
  • •Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • •Be able to work night shifts.
