Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and perform installation, commissioning, repairs, maintenance, and retrofitting under service contracts, customer orders, and quality actions in and abroad.
  • •Provide technical advice on devices, assemblies, and solutions and their applications in systems and plants.
  • •Actively sell and acquire service offerings; support the project sales team for low-/medium-voltage switchgear.
  • •Analyze faults and determine causes of failure; conduct remote/phone troubleshooting to identify the current status in case of incidents.
  • •Organize customer instructions and service trainings; support 24/7 on-call duty and assist other on-call service technicians as part of the readiness plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) plus willingness to travel (up to 75%).
