Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the regional anchor for Mexico City, prioritizing region-specific requirements while integrating with the global team.
  • •Serve as a trusted contact for Mexican regulatory bodies, customers, partners, and vendors.
  • •Manage implementation and monitoring of security controls, continuously refining and iterating.
  • •Develop and maintain security documentation including standards, policies, reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artefacts.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of cybersecurity experience with the ability to work independently.
  • •Must hold a Mexican Tax ID (RFC) or have dual Mexican citizenship.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • •Deep knowledge of security/compliance frameworks including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, with understanding of security audits.
  • •Knowledge of policy creation and maintenance and working understanding of complex cloud environments and their impact on compliance operations.
