Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating project status with stakeholders.
  • •Review contract documents to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Manage project financials including cash flow, forecasted costs/revenue, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and cost reconciliation.
  • •Oversee subcontractors, including RFQ process, awarding subcontracts, and managing subcontractor execution.
  • •Lead project administration: validate scope/cost/schedule, manage compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, schedules, and handle change order management.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
