Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in venue sustainability crew onboarding training.
  • •Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Work show days and non-show days to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Relay boots-on-the-ground observations to guide improvements and program development.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pickup; occasionally assist with scheduled shifts after shows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to spend about 90% of the time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and carrying 50+ lbs.
  • •Ability to work around unpleasant odors and get dirty.
  • •Ability to work outside in variable weather.
  • •Strong time management skills to arrive on time and work late hours.
  • •Experience in events/zero waste events is a plus.
