•Lead and develop an FP&A team overseeing end-to-end forecasting and reporting (budget, monthly pacing/close, and long-range plan) for $1.5B+ in international film revenue.
•Translate complex financial data into clear executive-level insights by explaining results, identifying drivers, and tracking KPIs.
•Drive strategic decision-making through analytics by leading ad hoc analyses and special projects.
•Own relationships across Distribution Sales and Film Studio executives to provide visibility into performance vs. budget and address evolving business needs.
•Develop and deliver executive presentations while championing continuous improvement through process enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

•7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.

•Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently while leading a team/process.
