  • •Perform daily standard work and complex operations successfully.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets; troubleshoot minor issues to continue processing production material.
  • •Perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results while keeping equipment and work areas clean (6S).
  • •Maintain acceptable quality levels and run all equipment in the entire work loop to produce product at rate in multiple cells per standard work.
  • •Train other operators through shadowing and provide guidance while identifying and correcting operational root-cause issues.
